JFGA are JB’s entry-level polypropylene capacitor. These can be used in any position in the circuit and represent a great value. These are superior to the many polyester based capacitors that may appear very similar in appearance and even in color.

Description
JFGA is JB’s entry level polypropylene capacitor. There are many OEM style and entry level capacitors that look very similar to this (similar encasement, often same color) but not all are equal. Many of the similar in appearance capacitors are actually polyester based capacitors, which are inferior to polypropylene.
Yes, polyesters are better than electrolytics, but this polypropylene series is much better than polyester versions that may be similar in appearance. Polypropylene capacitors offer superior audio performance in speaker crossovers due to their low distortion, high-frequency accuracy, and improved durability. Polyester capacitors do not offer the same level of clarity and precision as polypropylene for critical applications like tweeter circuits.
